Framed black and white print of an "Americana" style house in Ipswich, Suffolk for sale

Black wooden framed black and white drawing. Paper print of an 'Americana' style cottage or shack. Is signed 'Ray Rumbold' 1975 but I cannot find anything out about the artist. Was in an elderly Aunts belongings. Does not have a hook or stand on the back but one could be easily added. The original picture tape had almost come off so I replaced with packing tape, but this would need replacing. Very minor wear to the black wood frame.
