This is a large rental home that has a lovely southwest facing pool backing on to conservation land. There are five bedrooms (1 x King, 2 x Queen and 2 x Twin) and three bathrooms. There is free Wi-Fi available plus a games room to keep children occupied. It is only 15 minutes by car to the I-4 Disney turn off and close to all other attractions, supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. The estate is part-residential and part-rental and the Homeowners Association ensure the area is kept very clean and tidy. Orlando International Airport is around 40 minutes away and Sanford 75-90 minutes. If you have not visited Florida before we are happy to guide you with regards to flights, car hire, attraction tickets and visa waiver (ESTA) procedures etc. The house is the perfect base for visiting Walt Disney World, Universal Studios & Seaworld, plus all the fantastic shopping malls. You can easily reach Kennedy Space Center & the east coast beaches, plus some of the Gulf of Mexico resorts in approx. 90 minutes by car. If you fancy visiting Miami during your stay then expect the journey south to take around 4 hours. There are excellent facilities for those who are feeling energetic, including Basketball Court, Playground, Communal Pool, Tennis Court and Volleyball Court. There are many shops, including large Publix and Walmart supermarkets, restaurants, banks, post office, petrol stations etc, all within a few minutes by car. There are literally 100's of reasonably priced restaurants on the US192 which is just minutes away. You will also find places to eat on the US27, including Perkins, Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel, plus many others. The house is looked after by a local company (based on the same estate) who ensure that the pool is kept crystal clear and the lawn neat and trimmed. Food and drink welcome packs can be pre-ordered for guests although a large Publix supermarket is just a couple of miles down the road.
